1964 Alabama Crimson Tide National Championship Ring commemorated the national champion and SEC champion as well as the Orange Bowl game champion of Albama in 1964 NCAA University Division football season. The team was led by head coach Bear Bryant, captured the 1964 NCAA football national championship ring. The most outstanding player Joe Namath was selected as the first overall pick by the New York Jets in the 1965 AFL Draft and acheived the new York Jets Super Bowl III ring 3 years later,In addition to Namath, eleven other lettermen from the 1964 squad were drafted into the National Football League.
